Door-to-door moving is our most complete and convenient service: we take care of absolutely everything, from packing at your origin address to delivery, basic unpacking, and removal of packing material at your new home. You never have to coordinate with ports, shipping lines, or customs agents — a single point of contact, your PIM coordinator, is responsible for the entire chain.
For clients who prefer to handle part of the process themselves, we also offer door-to-port (we deliver to the destination port) and port-to-port service, which lower costs in exchange for you taking on certain steps.
Door-to-door covers the survey and quote, supply of packing materials, professional export packing, inventory, loading, international freight (sea or air), all documentation and customs at origin and destination, last-mile transport, and delivery with basic unpacking. It's, quite literally, a turnkey move.
This is the preferred option for families and expats who value their time and peace of mind, because it eliminates logistical complexity and puts all the responsibility in the hands of a single trusted provider.
If you'd like to lower the cost and are willing to handle part of the process, door-to-port ends our responsibility at the destination port, where you (or an agent you designate) take care of customs clearance and final transport. Port-to-port, meanwhile, covers only the leg between ports.
